How do things work with electricity, water billing, and internet?

Electricity Agreement Each resident is responsible for setting up their own electricity contract. All of our properties use certified green electricity, and we recommend the same for our residents.

Water Charges Water is billed separately: €25/month per adult, or in some properties the fee may be based on actual consumption. Please check your lease agreement for the specific basis of water billing before signing. This information is also available on the Juli Living website under the details of your property or apartment. In properties where the water charge is based on the number of residents, no water fee is charged for residents under 18. Please notify our customer service if the number of people living in your home changes.

For consumption-based water billing, invoices are sent approximately four times a year. If you have questions about the specific timing of your invoice, please contact our rent administration partner Newsec at vuokranmaksu@kodisto.fi.

Broadband Internet Broadband is included in the rent. You can purchase additional speed from your building's service provider. Instructions for purchasing additional speed can be found in the email you received before moving in, in your resident folder, and on this page.
