All Juli homes include a free Elisa broadband connection with a speed of 50 Mbps. You can purchase a higher speed from your housing company's service provider. Instructions for activating the connection and purchasing additional speed can be found on this page, as well as in the email you received before moving in and in your resident folder.

If you are not yet an Elisa customer: You can activate the connection by placing a free order:

• At elisa.fi/laajakaista by entering your address details.

• At an Elisa store. You can find all store locations here: elisa.fi/myymalat

If you currently have a broadband subscription from another operator, remember to cancel it with them.

You can also order an even faster internet connection at a discounted rate. Additional speed is useful when the internet is heavily used, for example on multiple devices or for gaming. You can purchase the upgrade with or without the Elisa Viihde app. Different speed options and prices can be found at elisa.fi/laajakaista.

The connection works through a data socket: The internet connection works on one device, such as a computer, via a cable connected to the apartment's data socket. A router is necessary if you plan to use the internet on multiple devices or wirelessly. You may use your existing router/modem—just make sure it supports Ethernet technology. If needed, you can order a router together with the broadband connection.

If you are already an Elisa customer: If you already have Elisa Broadband or Elisa Viihde, please contact our sales service so we can update the speed and price to match your housing company's agreement if necessary.
