Fault Reports
Non-Urgent Fault Reports You can submit a non-urgent fault report directly to the property’s maintenance company via Oma Juli.
Fault reports or maintenance requests submitted through the form are recorded in the FIMX system, where the property's designated maintenance company will handle them directly.
By submitting the fault report via Oma Juli, you can include your contact information and track the progress of your request in real time.
Urgent Fault Reports Urgent maintenance requests should be made directly to the maintenance company. You can find the up-to-date contact information for maintenance and key management in Oma Juli and on your building’s noticeboard.
