Fault Reports
Non-Urgent Fault Reports You can submit a non-urgent fault report directly to the property’s maintenance company via Kodisto Home app.
Fault reports or maintenance requests submitted through the form are recorded in the FIMX system, where the property's designated maintenance company will handle them directly.
Urgent Fault Reports
Urgent maintenance requests should be made directly to the maintenance company. You can find the up-to-date contact information for maintenance and key management in Kodisto Home app and on your building’s noticeboard.

Juli’s rent collection is managed by our partner Kodisto, so please contact them directly for rent payment matters:
