How does the satisfaction guarantee work?
How the Satisfaction Guarantee Works To help you rent your new home with confidence, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you change your mind before the lease begins, we will refund your pre-paid rent in full, with no extra charges. Below you’ll find how the satisfaction guarantee works both before and after your move.
Rent directly online or book a viewing You always have the option to visit the apartment before signing the lease. However, we recommend signing the lease before the viewing to ensure your chosen home remains reserved for you. By signing the lease online before the viewing, you guarantee that you can move into the exact apartment you've selected.

Satisfaction Guarantee before moving in After renting an apartment through the Juli online store, you can visit your new home in person: submit a contact request to our customer service after signing the lease, and we’ll arrange a viewing for you. For newly built properties, the timing of the viewing may depend on the construction schedule.
If you decide to cancel the lease after the visit, simply contact customer service within one day of the viewing. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund with no extra charges. No special reason is needed for cancellation – at Juli, we understand that minds can change.
After the satisfaction guarantee viewing and the one-day cancellation period, the normal lease terms and notice periods will apply.
After moving in We strongly recommend taking advantage of the satisfaction guarantee viewing before moving in – this way, you can be sure the apartment is just what you expected.
If a pre-move-in viewing isn’t possible, you may still cancel the lease within three days of moving in, under certain conditions. In that case, you’ll be responsible for paying rent from the lease start date up to the date of cancellation.
Lease cancellation after key handover is possible only if the apartment has a significant defect and no prompt action is taken to fix it. Examples include incorrect information in the online listing (e.g. number of rooms or apartment orientation) or a clear defect in the apartment (e.g. faulty equipment). Please note that in some cases, fixing the issue may take time due to reasons outside Juli’s control, such as availability of spare parts.
As an alternative to cancellation, we may offer you another comparable apartment.
