Resident Billing Price List
The duty of a Julin resident is to carefully take care and maintain the apartment. When moving out, the apartment should be left clean, intact, and carefully cleaned for the next resident. The costs resulting from damages and neglect are the responsibility of the cause. Normal wear and tear will not be charged.
The resident has the opportunity to repair or have repaired any faults and deficiencies they have caused in the apartment during the term of their contract, before returning the keys. The liability for compensation is lifted when a representative of Juli Living has approved the repairs made by the resident.
If there are deficiencies in the condition or cleanliness of the apartment, which require us to arrange cleaning or repairs on behalf of the resident, we will invoice according to the price list below.
The price list is based on average actual costs. If the costs differ from the price list, the charges may also be based on the actual costs incurred. Prices include labor, materials, and applicable VAT. Minor repairs include the cost of the equipment as well as the labor cost, including the time and distance traveled by the maintenance company, as well as landfill fees and billing costs.
