How do rent payments work?
Our partner Newsec manages the rent ledger. You will receive your first rent invoice shortly after your move. Rent payments begin when the right of residence transfers to you according to the lease agreement. Please note that even if the due date on your first invoice has already passed when you receive it, no late interest will be charged.
After that, rent is paid via bank transfer on the first business day of each month, and any late interest is charged according to the Interest Act.
