Do I need to have home insurance?
We require all our residents to have comprehensive home insurance, including liability coverage. The home insurance must be presented when collecting the keys, and it must be valid from the day the keys are picked up. Please note that the keys to your new Juli home will not be handed over without valid home insurance.
