How about electricity, water and internet connection?
Each resident is responsible for making a contract with an electricity provider of their choice for their own apartment. All of our properties use certified renewable energy. We hope that you do the same.
The water fees aren't included in your rent. It depends on the building you live in whether you have a fixed fee of €25 per adult or consumption based billing. Please make sure from your lease agreement before signing it, which method of billing applies to you. You can also find the information on the property's or the apartment's page on our website. If your contract has a fixed fee, it only applies to residents over the age of 18. Please inform our customer service, if the number of people living in your apartment changes.
Consumption based water bills are sent out about four (4) times a year. If you have questions about the more specific time your next bill should arrive, please contact our rent roll management partner Newsec. You can reach them by email at vuokranmaksu@kodisto.fi.
Internet is included in your rent. You can order a faster connection at your own cost from the internet provider of your building. Your provider will give you instructions on how to do this.
